*** On location pop ups can be a tricky business! We reserve the right to refuse locations based on foot traffic, location, travel times, and availability. For a flat set-up fee of $100 for private events and a waivable fee of $50 for public events, we'll transform your venue into a captivating coffee haven, brewing our magical concoctions on-site for your guests or event-goers. Allow us to be the vibrant heartbeat at your event, where guests can order and pay for their coffee delights directly. Perfect for markets, festivals, or community gatherings, our pop-up is a lively hub of activity, inviting guests to connect over a shared love of coffee. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. However, to ensure smooth operations and to respect the time and effort invested in preparing for your event, we've crafted the following cancellation policy: 1. Booking Deposit: A small deposit of $25 is required at the time of booking to secure your slot. This amount is deductible from your final invoice. 2. Refundable Deposit: Your deposit is entirely refundable once we commence service at your event. The purpose of this deposit is to confirm your commitment to our service. It also assists in minimizing last-minute cancellations, which can create gaps in our schedule, affecting our operations and other clients. 3. 72-Hour Cancellation Window: If you cancel your booking more than 72 hours before the event, we will refund your deposit in full, no questions asked. 4. Last-Minute Rescheduling: If you cancel within 72 hours of the event, we offer a one-time opportunity to reschedule without losing your deposit. This ensures your deposit can be applied to your next booking. 5. Multiple Cancellations: After a rescheduled booking, if you cancel again, we retain the deposit. Please note that repeated cancellations may result in a pause on future bookings with us for a specified period. 6. Setup Fee Waivers: While we do waive setup fees for certain events (like churches, nonprofits, etc.), the cancellation policy still applies. If you believe your event qualifies for a setup fee waiver, please contact us directly. 7. Prepaid Coffee Events: If you cancel a prepaid coffee event booking, the cancellation policy as mentioned above applies. Any discrepancies between the prepaid amount and the actual sales will be adjusted as per our FAQ guidelines. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
